All Wavesse orders are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within  30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • your request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • the item must be returned according to the instructions provided by our support team

  • the item should be in its original packaging when possible

  • the product must not be heavily damaged due to misuse after delivery

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

  • return shipping costs are not covered unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@wavesse.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number

  • your full name

  • your email address

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photo or video evidence

If approved, we may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted if:

  • the return request is made after the 30-day guarantee period

  • the item shows clear signs of misuse or damage after delivery

  • the product has been altered or modified

  • the package could not be delivered because an incorrect shipping address was entered at checkout

  • the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but is lost due to theft or post-delivery issues outside our control

Refund Processing Time

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or provider, processing may take additional time.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • check your bank account again

  • contact your credit card company or payment provider

  • allow extra time for the refund to post

Wrong Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong address, contact hello@wavesse.com as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it.

Wavesse is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrectly entered address.
