Shipping Policy

At Wavesse, we want your order to arrive as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the shipping information below before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 24–48 business hours after they are placed.

In many cases, orders placed earlier in the day may be processed faster, but processing times are not guaranteed.

Please note:

  • orders are processed on business days only

  • we do not ship on weekends or holidays

  • processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Orders placed in the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand

  • Free shipping on qualifying orders above $50

  • Orders below $50 may be charged a shipping fee

  • Standard delivery: 8–12 business days

Orders placed in the European Union

  • Free shipping on qualifying orders above €40

  • Orders below €40 may be charged a shipping fee

  • Standard delivery: 8–12 business days

Orders placed in the United Kingdom

  • Free shipping on qualifying orders above £40

  • Orders below £40 may be charged a shipping fee

  • Standard delivery: 8–12 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, local carrier performance, customs processing, and warehouse availability.

Import Charges and Duties

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees that may apply in their country.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@wavesse.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Wavesse is not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to reasons attributed to the customer, such as:

  • incomplete or incorrect shipping address

  • recipient unavailable

  • refusal to accept the package

the package may be returned to the sender.

In such cases, any return shipping costs, reshipping fees, or additional charges may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable. This mirrors the reference policy’s failed-delivery section.

Maximum Delivery Time

The maximum estimated delivery time is 30 days from the shipment date.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, please contact us at hello@wavesse.com. Depending on the situation, we may assist with a replacement or refund.

Unexpected Delays

In some cases, delivery may take longer than the standard estimate due to factors outside our control, including:

  • customs processing

  • carrier delays

  • holidays

  • weather conditions

  • regional service interruptions

  • warehouse availability
